AgroEnvironmental Sustainability (ISSN 2583-942X; abbreviation: AgroEnviron. Sustain.) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published quarterly by the Society for AgroEnvironmental Sustainability, India. It publishes research articles, reviews, short communications, case studies, and editorials on the links between agriculture and the environment.
Aims and Scope
The journal publishes work that shows how food and farming systems can become more productive while protecting soil, water, air, and biodiversity. It welcomes studies from agronomy, soil and water science, environmental technology, agricultural engineering, and rural economics and policy, particularly where they cross disciplinary lines. Its readers include researchers, university teachers and students, agricultural extension and development professionals, and policymakers working on agriculture and the environment. All articles are free to read. Articles published from Volume 2, Issue 2 (June 2024) onward are licensed under CC BY 4.0; earlier articles (June 2023 to March 2024) remain under CC BY-NC 4.0, as stated on each article.
